Nobie's

The BF and I first made it into Nobie's around Christmas 2025 and I immediately fell in love. The first thing I tried was one of their winter specialty cocktails: eggnog. I'd never had eggnog before, but MAN was theirs GOOD! I ended up getting pretty close to replicating it with the last of my mom's $400 dollar cognac and got myself and BIL more than a little buzzed for Christmas dinner (oops). My favorite dish by far was their "Puff, Puff, Pass" creation - it's impossible to describe, but a definite must try - it's puffy, cloud-like donut holes and pickled green tomatoes with a spicy mayo and creamy hummus, plus some pan-fried plantains - you stack everything into one bite to try it altogether and for whatever reason it just works.
