Ensemble HTX

The BF booked this for my birthday in 2025 and it was such an incredible, unique experience... The head chef actually lives upstairs, but he's converted his downstairs into a cute little restaurant. There's one family-style dinner table and two island seats - we sat at the island and highly recommend it! Both the dinner table and island are tasting menu dinners (small bites, 8-10 courses kind of deal), but at the island, you have a direct view into the kitchen and you get to ask all the questions you could ever come up with - it's so wicked cool and unlike any other dining experience.
